Food and Interviews

During my time in Morocco, I came to appreciate eating with friends every lunch and dinner. During two of these dinners, I struck up conversations with an owner and traveler, coming to see a different perspective on the cities of Morocco and Moroccan life.

Moroccan hospitality is extremely different from American hospitality, which will take time for any traveler to understand.  Through my reflections, I came to appreciate the differences, and eventually, love their method of hospitality.
